Refund Policy:
We are not able to provide any refunds after the start date. Group classes require a minimum of 4 students; if not enough students are registered, a course may be canceled, and full refunds will be given.

 

Severe Weather Policy:
 In the event of closure, we will make every effort to contact all students affected. Private Lessons and Shadow Valley classes will be rescheduled.   

 

Pickup/Drop-off Policy:
You must drop off and pick up your child on time, as we are unequipped to provide childcare outside of class time. Please notify me if someone other than the parent/guardian will pick up your child.

 

Photo Policy:
We reserve the right to take photos of children's classes and to use

these photos on our website and in promotional materials. Please let us know your questions or concerns about this policy.

 

Cancellation Policy:
Please notify Mariza Cantu at 479-381-8488 (text/call) at least 24 hrs before a class. Failure to do so will result in a class price cancellation charge.
