Cancellation Policy: Please contact Mariza Cantu at (479)381-8488 (call/text) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of the full class price. There will be no refunds for missed classes. For private lessons, if you should need to cancel and can provide at least a 24 hour notice, we can reschedule this lesson for a mutually agreed upon date and time. For semi-private lessons, and group lessons, rescheduling will only be possible if agreed to ahead of time by the entire class. If I should need to cancel a class due to illness or another unforeseen emergency, I will schedule a make-up class as soon as possible or provide a refund for the missed lesson if rescheduling is not possible. Severe Weather Policy: Classes will follow Bentonville's inclement weather closures. In this event, I will make every effort to contact all affected students. Photo Policy: Español con Señora Cantu reserves the right to take photos of classes and to use these photos on our website and in promotional materials.
